ABOUT MIKE JONES -
Your Handyman serving Sedona, Cottonwood, Camp Verde

My name is Michael Jones, and my family and I have relocated to Sedona, Arizona from the East Coast in search of a different pace and style of life.

I spent the first 30 years of my career as a field service engineer and customer support manager in the semiconductor industry. I designed and installed electronic equipment, serviced and maintained equipment, provided technical support in the field, performed troubleshooting for customers, and managed other engineering and customer service staff. My last position with National Semiconductor provided me the opportunity to obtain a TS/SCI with full scope polygraph security clearance. I’m a U.S. Army veteran where I began my extensive training in electronics and industrial engineering.

I’ve always enjoyed fixing things. Over the past decade my skills and willingness to tackle both large and small projects became known to my neighbors – and their friends – and their friends -- and so on. From repairing small appliances to installing ceiling fans to upgrading bathrooms to assembling those tricky “some assembly required” furniture items, I have enjoyed turning my knack for “fixing” things into a business that grew to require more time than I could give it part-time.

My family talked about how we would support ourselves if we moved to Sedona, and I posed the idea of relocating our home maintenance business-- so here we are, both my family and our business – Wonder Homes, LLC. We are now operating our business on a full-time basis and look forward to serving our new community.
